Your order takes between 2 to 3 business days to be delivered, if you complete it by 5 pm.
After making your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order is processed, you will receive an email with an update on the shipping status, together with a code that will allow you to locate it. After this email, just follow the delivery process online and wait for your order to be delivered. Delivery is expected to take place within 2 or 3 business days after dispatch. The carrier will be directed to the place of delivery during the day, it is recommended that someone be there to receive the order. If this is not possible, the carrier will try to make the delivery again or you can pick up your order from the store.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 7 days to make the exchange/return. To do this, just send an email to the email address info@marivilingerie.com or else a private message to our Instagram. We only accept the pieces with the respective label and without signs of use (as they were sent). Otherwise, they will not be accepted.
We do not accept exchanges after the corresponding period has expired.
Shipping costs are not the responsibility of Marivi Lingerie, except for exceptions (defect in the article or delivery of an article other than the one ordered).
